Got to my office on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, only to find my computer tower would not come on. Ran through all the steps; checking plugs, cables, etc. Started into panic mode, Googled computer techs and 1Touch IT was first to pop up. Gave them a call at just after 8:00 a.m. and by 10:30 a.m. Lane had my computer back up and running again, with no lost data; power supply dead. I will be forever grateful for the fast and friendly response!!!
